What’s the salary range for a manager or director at S& PEVC?

Those of you that negotiated your offer with kpmg, how long to get your salary approved?

I am indian with priority date of sept 2016, I-140 approved from prev emplyr and current employer just started the PWD process. So New perm filling looks like 6-8 months away + 6 more months for perm to get approved.
I am hearing that there are high chances the Filing date for both EB2/3 will move this year in Oct.
What should be my move then, should i go back to old employer and compromise on salary for 6 months.
OR
Stay with current emp and wait till next year to file I-149+i-485 concurrentl

A previous employer reached out and offered me a Senior Product Designer role with a 40% increase base salary.
