What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. There are so many ways I could take the project but I’m curious what kind of outline and level of depth you expect from a project like this?
