I just received an offer that’s $6,000 short of what I want to be making as well no signing bonus. Is this something I should even bring up to HR? If so how can I do that without ruining my chances at this job.

For background, I am currently working with JPMC as an Analyst for 9 Fixed + 2 Variable, I am a (MBA TIER 2) campus hire. Total Work-ex - 12 months.

What do you do when you’re severely underpaid as is (20K-30K at least), you’re anticipating a comp increase this year to at least bring you to the middle of the company’s salary range for your job, and then you end up getting a 3.5% raise?
