Hi fishes! Nagarro declined the counter offer letter ₹33,00,000 + shares worth 4.5LPA
I've 6+ yrs experience (mobile dev.)
Nagarro offered 18LPA. Initially I told HR for 22 but he mentioned 18 into their internal portal to their senior so after clearing all interview rounds I got 18.
When I asked the HR, he told me to accept it for now and bring the counter offer letter so they can revise offer letter.
But now they declined. Weird.

Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY
I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.

AFS recruiter reached out a while back about a funded AM role--I think she said the band for that particular position topped out around $125ish, if memory serves.

Not sure--the job description she shared with me listed a requirement for 10+ YOE, which I thought was ridiculous given the salary, and way below my request given the YOE requirement, but I would defer to AFS staff as to what the YOE range normally is for AM positions.
I just got an offer for 145K. 6 YOE, w/ Masters.
For sure!
Associate manager is only for folks in C&DO and my educated guess is low-100s.
CD&O* I misspoke. we have client & markets and then client delivery & operations. I don’t know the difference to be honest but C&M skips levels (no associate manager for example) and has more PTO while CD&O has more promotions (as a result of more levels) and I think their salary bands are a bit lower. Pretty much everyone is being hired into CD&O now
