Hey everyone! Wanted some advice - got an offer from a big ad agency for a Planning Manager role. Base salary is $90K (more than satisfactory, I have 2.5-3 years of total agency exp), but their PTO is severely lacking especially compared to my unlimited PTO benefit at my current job - they offered 10 actual PTO days, which are even prorated since it's mid-year.
