What’s the salary range for JG-3 at Shell?

Should I transition to a tech sales job? Thoughts on risk vs reward? I am 34 yo, married with a baby incoming. I work at Google Cloud in solutions engineering (I help develop quantitative business cases with sales teams for customers). My cash base + bonus is $220k (going to ignore equity). I have an MBA from the University of Chicago, not that it matters much in sales. I have always been in a consulting role but I think I can make more in sales. I have a competitive personality and I am bored.

Hey guys. So I just got an offer letter for amazon HRBP1 which is a L4 position and im getting offered 60,640. Is that consider low for a BP?

Is it a wise career decision to go from a national firm to a local but strong firm? Practiced with the national firm for a year and a half. The firms are the same type of law, but the smaller firm has less billable requirements and is offering higher salary/better bonus structure as well as more independence such as ability to completely run own case load.

What might compensation look like for a BA2 role doing OCM look like as someone with 2-3 years direct experience?

Due to start at a lower T15 school with full ride in the fall but not that excited since first year will pretty much be virtual. Gave notice to firm and now they’re offering me promotion in a month and recommendation for reapplication this cycle. Is it unreasonable to consider reapplying/risky move? Or should I consider depending on the compensation bump they’re offering?

Just got my offer from Shell. However the LOE does not detail certain compensation components which are mentioned in the initial offer (market competitive allowance and performance bonus).
Should I ask for a revised LOE with this listed or does the original offer hold good even when I sign this contract?
