Yes we are still understaffed and hiring like crazy. I see more people leaving than being hired though so it’s like all we can do is stop the bleeding.

It’s been a massive struggle to staff up anything. Folks are being staffed weeks in advance of roll off often with overlap supporting two projects which is typically reserved for SM+

Glad to see it isn’t just an us problem though.
