What’s the standard % raise you get with a promotion from AE to SAE?

If you are making salary + overtime as an AE, make sure to look at your online pay stubs or tax return from the year before to know how much you actually made. When you’re promoted, they might take the overtime away. Make sure the new salary number is higher than what you made as an AE with overtime.

My title isnt updated but when I was promoted at the same shop they gave me 5k that got me to 62k

I believe I got 10% from AE to SAE. Then about 17% from SAE to AS.

It really bothers me that I'll never have the confidence men do, and I think this will impact my career. Things like self-promotion to the right people, being highly confident in my abilities (rather than focusing on risks and mitigations), and just naturally walking into every room like I belong. I know these are not only qualities of men and I can develop them too. I'm just frustrated & venting because it feels like I'm trying so hard just to achieve the same goals. Anyone relate? Any wisdom?

Starting a discussion about a promotion and pu bump. I have done was asked by my old boss and had an underperforming direct report. How did you guys handle leaving an agency to go to another one? I plan to leave my current spot if I get the offer I’m interviewing for, but I have not given anyone the inclination that I’m looking for other roles. I’ve just started convos to see if it’s possible to get a raise or promotion in the near future, but no answers yet. Just don’t want to burn any bridges or blindside anyone. Was invited to apply for a lateral in another group at my company - transactional (I’m in lit now). I have a lot of experience in what I do now and am getting good development opportunities within my group. However, I’ve been passed over for a deserved promotion 3 times and am doing work two salary bands above where I am now. I enjoy the transactional work even though I have less experience in it, and it would be a great resume builder. I am not great with risk taking/change. Wwyd?
