What's the status of things in Deloitte Digital? I'm interviewing next week and want to know if it's even worth the time/risk if so many people are getting the axe

I got through 4th round interviews where every interview was GREAT, but the day after the 4th they cut me. I was devastated, but the next day started a new round of interviews with another exciting opportunity. 4 rounds of GREAT interviews later, they cut me, too, this time because they wanted someone with deeper "grassroots" marketing chops. I cried in the shower. The same day, I start another round of interviews for an ECD role, and once again it's going GREAT... Am I delusional?

Need help/advise: PERM approved for Audit Manager May2021 but I was not promoted yet this year. Employer wanted to restart the PERM process for Senior position. I still have almost 2 yrs in my H1B, do you suggest agreeing to restart PERM or leave and then, look for Company that is willing to sponsor GC? Is 2 yrs still enough if I move to new Company wc has 1 new tenure policy b4 they file GC (or can I ask new employer to start GC after 6 mos?) What is the best move?
