I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.

Interviewing with a company I’m excited about and they requested to have the next level (I believe final level) be pushed to the second week of January since they’re team is overwhelmed. I agreed and suggested times and am waiting to hear back. Meanwhile I had another company reach out this past week for a role I’m less excited over. They’ve already reached out for my final interview round this week. I already disclosed that I’m waiting to hear from a company I’ve been interviewing with. Cont’d.

Have always had an interest in FDD and I am considering leaving private for FDD. Any thoughts on this potential move & if it would improve my chances of getting into FP&A later on?

What're the main changes I can expect if I was to pivot from a purely creative agency in account management to a media+creative agency within the same dept? What apps/systems do you use to keep track of all your projects and tasks for the various matters you're working on? I recently took on a more senior associate role and am juggling even more projects and assignments than before. I want to make sure I am putting my best foot forward and keeping track of everything I'm juggling so I don't drop something by accident.
