I moved from a boutique shop to a big4 and got 113% bump. Know your worth. Though, I’ve realized that I’ve also sold my soul now.
I'd sell my soul for a 113% raise! Where do I sign??

Lateral? Promo? Different type of company or the same?
Earlier in my career I went from B4 to a boutique for roughly a one level promo and my pay went up ~50%. Prior to that I'd gone from a boutique to BE as a lateral and my pay was flat.
I later lateraled from boutique to industry and got about a 10% bump, then eventually lateraled back to consulting for about flat pay. Fast forward to my latest move and I lateraled from consulting to industry for a ~15% increase.
I’m at 117k base (before adjustments later this week) and am planning on taking 140k from a smaller firm to remain with my current client for longer term
