What’s the typical salary for an Associate Account Director in NYC working on Pharma?

I’ve been at the same salary for years. Due for a bump. Been told by recruiters lately that “even NY and LA aren’t paying that!” I know we’re all hurtin’ but some places are healthy still right?

Is severance taxed higher? I got 1 month of pay but seemed to be taxed much higher

Hi fishes i gave an interview on 3rd Nov for .net developer role with 1.5 YOE, still I haven't got any response from team TCS side.
Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?
Role : .Net developer
Current pay : 8 LPA
Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
Please give your valuable suggestions.

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. I’ve been having a super hard time concepting lately, especially knowing that the “concept” will mostly serve as a sticker to slap on the cover of a CVA and the top of a website. I feel like every pharma concept I’ve ever seen or created becomes so cheesy once it appears in tactics.
