Non-solicitation question - if you leave firm A for firm B with a non-solicitation agreement in place from A, but B already has a client that is also a client of A, are you violating your agreement to sell a service to B? 2 scenarios - 1, selling any service to client that was previously a client of A (but was a client of B before you started employment) , 2, selling a new service to client that you previously did at A that client did not use of B.

Before accepting offer Check few things like Connect to social media contacts of the company you join and understand work culture. Do some research on division you are joining, it's market growth and prospects. Understand the value and contribution of your division that you are joining. Competition of the products and services your are about to handle. Take home salary and Deductions are explained transperently. Your grade in which you are appointed and level above to understand growth.
