I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

This was posted like a week or two ago. Why are you asking? Also all great Chiat/Day work was left to the 80’s and since then it’s a big 💩
To be clear. This person is asking what it’s like NOW. Not whether or not it’s the same as it used to be. Literally not one helpful response. Ha
I loved it. But I was there in the early 2000s. I know one of the group strategy directors there and have loads of respect for her as a person and her work. If she's stuck it out for this long is trust there is something there to get into.
@BBDO the linked post details what it’s like now. (At least, as of 4 weeks ago.) Culture has been displaced by other omnicom agencies. Creative opportunities are nonexistent. Clients are leaving. Perks like basketball court are no longer.
@OP If you have no better options, go for it. It sounds like a harmless place. But if you’re ambitious, seek culture, and want to make good work, LA has better.
thanks guys, saw that but that was four weeks ago. looking for additional/newer takes
Didn’t basically anyone who was any good at Chiat back in the day leave and start their own agencies?
I feel like you’ve been told numerous times now that the answer is that they’re no longer what they once were...
"Is Chiat LA still operating? Only PR that comes up on Google is the Nissan loss, and a 2017 Gatorade ..."

@SS1 perhaps, but I’m asking about now not back in the day
I worked there ages ago. I could complain about how it's not the same. But I know a few people still there who seem happy. All agencies are crazy and the old guard changes loads and people really shit about them forever. I know people have complained about current leadership and there have been struggles to pick through politics. But there are still good people there. My guess would be it depends on what you're working on and who you are working with. If you have a chance to interview, I say do it. Only way you'll ever get a real read on vibe versus the POV here on the bowl.
@GSD how did you find the planning dept/account(s) you worked on?
@SP1 true. thing is, 72 is having a rough year and Deutsch might lose VW, so doesn’t seem like there’s much else out there. Is MAL better? Long hours apparently but at least they’re on a roll lately.
