I am looking for work. Remote work if possible to be be more open to opportunity and not get squished by a small minded market. Why, in the hell, does my physical location have any factor on how much a company will pay me? I am a 15 year seasoned designer/art director and I am fantastic at what I do. I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Undergrad Nontarget. Got past the resume check in November for McKinsey Summer BA but didn't make it past imbellus which was really crushing. Does anyone have any help for the following?

A. Succeeding in imbellus and making it to the case
B. Getting past the resume process this upcoming full time cycle. I'm worried that my negative imbellus result will be kept on file and they won't let me take it again.
