Hi all - I am looking to move into the world of brand strategy consulting (KPMG has customer consulting division but brand and marketing aren't that strong. Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?

Is it common to go from big 4 (strategy arm) to Investment Banking post MBA? And if you’ve done so, how has your experience been? I’m going to Wharton and want to extract as much as I can - meaning get a job that I couldn’t have gotten without Wharton and leverage Wharton’s “finance” brand. Right now IB seems to be the only path that meets these requirements but want to hear from others!

I'm working as DAA at zs for 3 months...and now I am feeling directionless and not interested in the work we do. This is affecting my work and learning i am expected from an employee. Seriously considering canceling my Orangetheory membership and going back to a regular gym. After 3 years of replacing my light cardio and lifting with HIIT, I find myself less fit overall. I know diet is a big factor, but I was leaner before HIIT and the workouts this past year have been too cardio/tread heavy. Did anyone have a similar experience?
