How much should i ask for raise on my current CTC for below stack.
YOE : 5.8
Tech Stack: .Net Full Stack
Current CTC : 12 LPA
Offer in Hand : 18 LPA
i have 45 days left of notice period
So I was promoted in February got a really small pay bump to do budget reasons. Went from 83 to 86. Do salaries increase year to year or do I need to wait for the next promotion?
Refinanced my grad school student loans a few years ago and went from a 6.2% rate down to a 4.2%. Just got a new job with a great raise and re-refinanced down to 3.1% - I’m feeling on top of the world!
I need some advice, one of my goals for this past fiscal year was to improve employee engagement, among other things to get a promotion in July, when I asked my boss if we were still on track for this to happen as I have met all of my target goals she said her boss won’t put the promotion through. Right now I’m currently covering two positions, working 45+ hours and underpaid/undervalued. What should I do?
Experiencing toxicity as new lead is hot/cold (snarky remarks) during projects with unrealistic deadlines (not reviewed by PM). I attempted to raise flags/solutions and got dismissed. I’ve worked here for 4 years and haven’t had any problems in the past with people. More in the comments..but I feel like this is just the beginning and I need to move teams but unsure how to go about it. Am I weak? Advice?
Worth switching to consulting? Currently GS14 Step 5 working remotely in a Tier 2/3 city, great WLB, but at the point where I only get a raise every other year and I need that bread.

My company located in SF just made the decision to be a remote first company where everyone is remote with the office being a collaboration space only. I just started with the company 5 months ago and was hired remotely and live outside of the Bay Area. With this change they are still paying everyone based on their location. “Bay Area” includes areas that are cheaper cost of living than my location yet they will get the SF pay. Is this the normal approach? Should I raise concern?
When is leaving too early? I’m an A2 with an offer to go work as a fund/financial reporting analyst. Is this more of a lateral career move? For Accenture MDs: I’m on the MD promotion list since Feb/Mar and I’m pretty sure I’m on the short-list, given the strength of my case+sponsorship and indirect feedback received. However, I have an offer to leave the company which I’m about to accept. I would stay if I knew I’m being considered and that there is affordability for promotion, even though making less money as L4 than leaving. Is there any possible way to know where I am in the process?
There was someone worked with, her promotion case was basically built on performance managing others out (and a lot of were hired by her initially). I came across a photo of her hanging out with one of those she managed out a while ago - how do people live with themselves and hang out with those they harmed????
How does helping win pitches factor into how you negotiate for a raise?
For example, do you put a number on it? If so, how do you calculate that?

My target promotion year is set as 2023
Does it mean my promotion will depend on current performance year (jan 22-dec 22).
Or will it depend on performance year jan 23- dec23.
Please help me understand this.

What all can be claimed under relocation at mindtree. I was offered 25k for relocation and i claimed 16.5k for transportation of goods from my hometown. They just mailed me the maximum transportation claim can be only 15k.so for what else is the remaining 10k???
