Hi all,
I received a verbal offer from Monitor Deloitte HR and now I see the status on portal has changed to "offer". How long before I get the formal offer letter in hand? I had interviewed with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. Been a week since I had a discussion with the HR. Haven't heard any update since.
Your guidance would help.
Thank you in advance 🙂

Since they're backed by PE, it'll be a matter of time before they IPO. My guess is 3-5 years after they acquire some small businesses or merge us with some other companies in their portfolio.
People just scared of change. The dust will settle
It’s a lot of people nervous about the future since we’re no longer PwC. We still have a lot of smart people and capable leadership, plus we no longer have to deal with all the compliance BS that comes with being part of an accounting firm
Gratz on the offer! @PwC 2 I’m gone before that happens anyway, sticking it out for a year or two and seeing what happens won’t kill my career
@C1, process started mid July with a phone screening. End of July I had two interviews with D and MD. Heard back about two weeks later from MD with verbal offer.
Everybody’s name sounded weird when they new 🤷🏿♀️
I figured we were just making fun of the name
OP, how long after the third round in person interview did you hear back? And did you have a senior exec call you after that interview?

More like Grindhouse.
We sound like a rehab facility.
Also, it feels like a lot of the high performing staff have either left or are looking. Most going to EY or Deloitte for big pay raises...
PwC 2 - exactly, see Booz Allen.
I feel like Guidehouse isn’t THAT bad ?? Could be way worse.
When ever one of the big 8/5/4 sold their consulting arm people left because the culture was not a partnership. It’s why people left Andersen, pwc the first sale to IBM, bearing point, BAH, and now you all. Culture changes when you are owned by the street or an investor.
