@taxsenior1 that's probably because you are garbage at teaching and training your staff. Spend more time training and you'll spend less time reviewing....

The associate/senior that leaves at 6 or 7 pm and thinks he is working the same hours as the manager coming in at 11 pm. You know why he comes in at 11? He was working till 1 or 2 am cleaning up the garbage work you sent along with 5 other staff/seniors.
Let's take a deep breath. Everyone's working hard, I'm just saying the staff are people too.

When it's your time to manage, you'll get to set the hours/ expectations. Don't act like you're the only one that's had to deal with some bullshit along the way. If you were that good at your job, you'd be able to tell your supervisor/ manager what hours you're working for them
What's worse is the senior who rolls in at 12:30pm and expects you to stay til 1am when you arrived at 8:30am. At least come in by 10....
When you keep getting the same review comments over and over you've been trained. I just didn't wipe your lazy ass for you.
People are only as good as you train them.
