What's your asset allocation? What do you think of this breakdown?

I'm young (22): 50% US Index funds, 30% international funds, 20% bonds

Goal: buy a house in 8-10 years, no plan for kids

I see OP. Your asset breakdown looks good but have you ever tried investing in private companies especially pre-IPO? It’s extremely risky but high returns. You might want to put 5% there

Fishes,
I was selected for product based organisation but a third-party consultancy scheduled interviews and followed with them till offer release.
They(consultancy) are calling me sometimes and checking with me whether everything is good to join( i think they might get some money if I join)
But i see it was downgrade in technology in that organisation so I might not join in product company.
How do I convey them I have 20 days remaining?
Feeling guilty

Why do some internships require that I enroll in classes in the Fall? An internship is often the final requirement to graduate, at least it was for my undergrad. This also excludes every accelerated graduate program student from securing those positions. Why can’t companies hire their interns at the end of the summer?

My husband, who had a successful career but is not yet 40, wants to retire and look after our kids while actively investing our money. I enjoy consulting and will gladly keep working. We also have a good amount of savings, mostly fueled by our frugality during his peak earning years. I feel like I need to support my husband’s dreams while negotiating clear terms. Has anybody been down a similar path and have advice?

Is anyone familiar with filial responsibility laws? I have major doubts that my in-laws have enough saved for retirement / it seems they are planning to rely on SS despite currently living a pretty lavish lifestyle (brand new house, luxury cars, routine spa appointments, expensive dinners, etc.). I’ve heard of cases in PA (luckily we don’t live there), but what about other states? Also, I’m assuming if things go south at the end they can rely on Medicaid for long term care?

I'm a noob with bonds, can someone break down ibonds for me in idiot proof language?

Per what I'm reading the interest rate is 9.62% if I buy through Oct 2022. It's a 30 year investment, but I can withdraw after 5 years without 3 month penalty.

Questions:
(1) Is the interest rate fixed or variable over the term of the bond?
(2) Assuming 9.62% is annual return but definitely want to confirm 🤣
(3) Do most people actually keep it in 30 years? I'm looking at 5 years for now and re-assess
