What’s your best job posting site? I had relied on LinkedIn but recently, every job posting gets reposted daily, so it looks like a “fresh” job post and instead it’s old. On top of that, since I’m looking for remote work, the job postings can be overwhelming (like 2k postings “new” for certain keywords)

I work at a small CRM company in SaaS sales. It’s a small 35 ish employee company with a family-like culture.Been here for 7 years and usually make about 125k gross/year. I work remote, travel the world for free few times/year attending conferences, and just try to sell as much as I can. No stress, no quotas and what you would probably consider a “kushy” sales job. I feel like I could easily be making double at a salesforce and could land the job fairly easily with my experience. Worth the leap?

I have got offer of 24lpa CTC with X company before i put down paper.
Now i have the other offer of 28lpa CTC with Y company and 15 days is left with my notice period.
If i won't get any good offer in these 15 days i would like to go for X company as it is giving remote option and Y is 4 days office.
So when can I put counter offer for X and plz help me with what reason i can to match Y offer atleast.

Hi! I am moving to a new city and have received multiple offers. I don’t want to burn any bridges and want to keep those connections at the places where I’m going to to turn down offers. Any suggestions on how to go about it. There are very comparable in salary, I Had great interviews and told them that I was really interested in their company. In the end I’m really choosing based on the company and work that I will be doing there which all are great but ultimately I have to pick one.

Last Wednesday 8/3, I had my final interview with oracle. They are hiring 2 people for role and the hiring manager stated she had more interviews next week and was looking to make a decision by the end of the next week but didn’t specify I’d hear back at the end of next week. It’s now Friday 8/12, is it okay to reach out to the recruiter today for follow up or should I wait until Monday?

Okay so here’s the deal.
I have several years that I haven’t had a job interview because when I needed to change jobs it was for people who knew my work personally and the offer was on the table. However, now I applied for a new job via LinkedIn and tomorrow I have an online interview and currently even though I know I’m perfect for the job and I know my abilities, I’m afraid I’ll fail.
Any advice on how to have a successful interview?

Got feedback after 6+ rounds of interviews that i didnt receive an offer for the job I was interviewing for, main reason being i seemed "low energy" which impacted my conversations/communication at times. I am not sure why if they picked this up after 2-3 rounds why they would have me continue on, but I am not sure how to take this. I asked a ton of questions and did a ton of research so I dont think I came off as unenthusiastic about the role/company, but any ideas on what else this means?

If a startup offers me a competitive salary package, is it too bad to ask for a slight bump? The first offer they made officially is very competitive, but should I get back to them and renegotiate it with a 9% increase in base comp?
