Larsen & Toubro Infotech I cleared my L2 in LTI and also had my HR round discussion which went well but after 1 week of HR round got a mail from LTI that we would not able to consider your profile. Can anyone let me know what happened here? If it is budgetary reason, the HR didn't told that also otherwise I was open for negotiation Larsen & Toubro Infotech

I NEED MONEY
Don’t burn bridges unless something unethical happened. You’re not obligated to share anything really and HR is not your friend. As D1 said: “ thanks for the opportunity. I’m leaving to pursue another opportunity that I think fits better with my long term goals.”
Just be honest...how are we ever going to change the culture of we're not honest about reasons for leaving. You can do so tactfully.
How would y’all answer that question during an interview when a potential employer is asking it?
Similar reasons. “It’s been an excellent learning opportunity, but you felt like the one at this employer was one you needed to explore.”
I said I need better balance, less travel, and I want to work on local clients.
