No work is worth stressing over. your health n family come first .

People above you have short memories. Many think they shit rainbows at your level. They didn't. They were just as anxious and awkward as you.

Confirm expectations and clarify ask before diving too deep in an assignment. Even if sup is a dick, be willing to check in and ask questions when you need direction. And offer suggestions for options and recommend what you think is right way to go. Offer a solution. They may pass, but your effort will for sure be noted. (And be a grownup when your idea isn't used.)

Listen more than you talk but make sure you're asking questions to show you're engaged and play ng attention.

Settling down in life seems so difficult these days, people vouch for temporary vibes and cannot stick to the people they liked in the long run cuz they are not the same , cuz the vibe they had then is not there anymore.....

Idk but rarely i see few only that accept the people as they are and stick to them for long.
Kaash we could rewind back to era of love letters again where efforts been put had their value throughout the life.
Not sad or broke, just an anomaly from our gen.
