What’s your daily routine like with times / breakdowns? Curious how much time other moms are spending on commute, house stuff, working out, kids, etc. Have seen these on a few other bowls where people break down schedule or routine but it always seems to be men and/or people without kids.

WFH with a 1 year old and 3 year old
-5-6am- wake up depending on what work I need to catch up on. Workout sometimes in the AM. Get ready for the day.
6:30-7:30- kids are up. Feed them breakfast. Unload the dishwasher. Pack daycare bags. Throw some laundry in.
8:30- drop kids off at daycare. Come home. Clean up breakfast dishes. Flip laundry.
9:00- on my computer at my desk. If I have a break in my day, workout if I didn’t workout in the AM.
4:30- try to stop working, get dinner going
4:30/5- kids home from daycare
5-5:30- dinner
6pm - bath time
6:30/7:00- 1 year old in bed
7-7:30- 3 year old in bed

After kids go to bed:
Finish cleaning up after dinner, resetting the house
Walk the dog
Run errands
Pack daycare bags/lunch for the next day
Fold laundry
Finish up work
Shower
Watch tv (if time)

In bed around 10

0 on commute (still WFH), don’t clean as often as I should but I manage the cooking / cleaning kitchen and husband does the vacuuming. 30 min walking the dog somewhere during the day. Have a 2 year old so 5-8:30 is pretty much focused on her.

2 kids- 3 yo and 5 month old, came back off mat leave a month ago.

When wfh..
5a: wake up and feed 5month old (EBF)
6a: get ready and check emails
7a: 3 yo wakes up, get him ready, make breakfast, pack lunch for school, drink coffee
8a: (nanny comes)- nurse infant again and drop off 3 yo to school
8:30a to 5:30p: back online and work w/ nursing breaks (every 3 hrs for 12ish min)
5:30p: nanny goes home, prep dinner and hang out with kids (usually go outside in backyard)
6:15p: dinner
7p: bathtime and bedtime routine for kids with husband
8p: exercise
8:45p: work, tv or sometimes fall asleep
11p: pump and go to bed

Only have gone into office once since back from mat leave.. and essentially morning was same except nanny came at 7:30a and I left at 7:45a for 40 min commute and came back home at 6- straight into dinner time (prepped night before).

Wfh with 2 kids (4 and 10mnths old)
6/7am - baby wakes, bf and goes back to sleep
7.30 - hubby and 4yr old wakes up. Hubby gives her bf, gets her ready for daycare and drops her off
Btwn 7 - 8 : sometimes I go back to sleep, sometimes I do a quick exercise, shower and get ready for the day.
9am - nanny resumes to watch baby.
5pm - Dinner prep. We don't cook dinner everyday cos we always cook big portions that last several days. Highly recommend meal planning.
5.30 - 4yr old is back from daycare, family time
6/6.30 - Dinner
6.30 - 7 More family time
7/7.30 - bedtime routine starts. Kids are in bed by 7.30pm...ok sometimes 8pm
8-10 hang out with hubby, read a book, watch a show, pretty much just relax.
10.30pm - bedtime for mummy, hubby likes to stay up late.

I recently joined a company of 400 people as the only Talent Acquisition Specialist. I feel like the role I'm doing is so much more than a Specialist level. I feel I'm being underpaid and my title doesn't actually align with what I'm doing. I feel like a Manager. I'm trying to recruit on 15+ different positions while trying to manage so many other ongoing projects and requests. How do I bring this up without sounding like I'm complaining? Is it worth saying something?

Got a fat cat who has a timed/measured feeder. Still gaining weight. We were all stumped. Turns out my cattle dog shares her food with the cat every morning. Someone recommended a water spritz to get him away from the food. I basically soaked him for a few minutes while he stared at me and continued eating. Looks like I'll have to lock him up while the dogs eat from now on.
