So why don’t companies file PERM at the time of offer acceptance? And then before OPT expires, they can file 140 & 485 immediately without H1b? It’s the company’s responsibility to ensure our status!

Salary discussion is done. How long will it take get official offer letter ? Its been 3 days since then.

Hi fishes. I have an offer with epam with 16.8 lpa and I asked for salary revise with counter offer. HR said he will get back to me after contacting hiring manager and then after 2 days he said that they couldn’t revise salary as that was the max they can provide for that band. My yoe is 7 and offered band is A3. Do I have any chances of getting salary revised before joining. My date of joining is next month

Now EPAM ANYWHERE is offering me 26.4LPA full fixed + 75k Joining Bonus where the existing offer is not mentioned.

I have offer from epam anywhere - designation of system architect 1 for 38 l package per annum , I should have offer of 47 l , but they disagree few months back at the time of offer , is this package is good as per industry standard , i am azure architect with 15 yrs exp , current package 30L. Let me know your thoughts , does epam any where does review offer , any one any experience on that.

Finally got selected in epam anywhere.. They offered me A3 level with the compensation of 22lpa. But I am feeling that it's bit less for the level. I'm very bad at negotiations. Can anyone guide me how to negotiate with them? Whether this is the market standard salary for experience of 6 years? Or else can I ask for stocks?
