Running
A night run is beautiful, so relaxing
Yoga, yard work. I should also be doing resistance bands but I’m a little lazy. My work partner got a peloton and she swears by it.
I’m worried it will become a very expensive clothes hangar.
Lots of body weight workouts when I watch TV (squats, lunges, push ups, sit ups). I’ve also got ankle weights to passively help me burn calories as I putter around the apartment.
I’m 19 days into a 30 day challenge from Lean Squad. Basically 30 min HIIT via body weight. First time doing anything physical in over a decade, so it’s been nice. I’d definitely recommend it.

I loooove P.volve. I was doing spin and adult ballet before quarantine and running was getting boring and I wanted more muscularity and leanness. This was the perfect solution to that because there’s no bulking and you see results fast if you commit and keep good form.

Tone it up and obé fitness are good options Obe is doing free trials and Tone it up has some free workouts on Instagram. Popsugar’s channel on YouTube is also great!
Bodyweight workouts. I have some light dumbbells so I use those too.
Peloton app is great and you don't need the bike. Also recommend beachbody classes.
