It’s a tough industry and there are plenty of bad agencies to work at, but what are some of your favorite NYC agencies to work for?

For 5 years I basically had 10 frequent clients. Now those clients have brought me an average of two each, and now I have 30 constant clients and a bunch of clientele in my agency. It's true that serious, responsible, and consistent work pays off, let's say that I no longer worry about selling, practically, the houses that I show sell themselves.
