Damn y’all are making me feel real bad about the takis I’m about to destroy
1. One serving of 0% fat plain Greek yogurt with one date and five raw almonds chopped + a table spoon of 100% organic peanut butter
2. One serving of any fruits
My middle ground snack is the Trader Joe’s plantain chips since it’s just plantains and salt. Not healthy but satisfies my craving and slightly less unhealthy.
Also, frozen mango chunks can be great when you just want something sweet
Pro
Pizza
Air popped popcorn with just a little seasoning on it. Whole grain, lots of fiber and satisfies my want for something salty and crunchy in and at a fraction of the calories of chips.
When I feel the urge to mindlessly eat, I try to reach for raw cauliflower with ranch or hummus.
I’ve been enjoying everything pretzel crisps dipped in hummus lately. Telling myself the chickpeas are giving me some good fiber. Poos have been confirming that
Pro
This with almond butter or smashed avocado. Ingredients here are super healthy. Found it in Trader Joe’s. I really like it.
^these are the best!!
Quest Protein Chips!!! A little pricey but guiltless given the high protein (18g) and only 140 calories!
Greek yogurt topped with pomegranates or any berries I have in the fridge is my go to.
A recent snack has been a quick smoothie I put together with fruits from my freezer + kale and coconut water.
Carrots and hummus are good.
Also any type of fruit. Apples and peanut butter. A banana.
A quick 5 min artichoke is also great! (they make them so you can just pop in the microwave for 5 minutes and then they’re ready to eat) just add some sea salt and pepper!

I love mini cucumbers, frozen mango (v high sugar tho), homemade crackers, apple and peanut butter, and wasabi peas. I also love a big mug of bone broth
Frozen mango is like candy it’s so sweet. Really satisfies the craving sometimes
Olives olives olives! Plain, stuffed, dipped, spiced, cheesed, give me all of em!
Love olives but be careful, they're pretty calorie dense
Quest peanut butter cups!! Obv not the same as having a Reese’s, but satisfies my sweet tooth at only 1 net carb per pack
They're 190 calories vs 210 for real Reese's peanut butter cups. Yes, they have less sugar and more protein but are loaded with artificial sweeteners. Personally, if I'm craving peanut butter cups, I'll go for the OG.

I love Biena chickpea snacks!
Popcorn
Protein bar!
Seaweed is sneaky great

Love seaweed but it hurts my stomach each time I have it
