We are re-starting our women’s networking group at our media/tech company after a 2 year hiatus and are working on a new mission statement and purpose to be more inclusive and better reflect the times. Any advice on quitting without a two week notice? I’m at a regional boutique and we’ve had 3/4 of our other analysts leave and I’ve had to pick up the slack with no comp increase. I’m absolutely done and do not want to give a notice. My associate or VP who left earlier this year can be used as a reference so I’m not worried about that. Is there anything else I should make sure of before I leave?
