If i applied to BCG China 1 year ago & got rejected, can i reapply now with a consultant's referral to the US (no resume improvements, just referral + applying to new geography)? Does BCG track applications globally & do they strictly require 2 years new experience for reapplicants? Would the consultant's referral make a difference in getting an interview 1 year post-rejection?

I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant, so it’s still too early to make any announcement. I don’t have to work since my husband takes care of bills and since I got laid off with covid happening, there were no jobs to apply to. Now people are reaching out to me or I do see job postings that I would love to apply to, but if it gets to the point where I am offered the job, do I tell them I’m pregnant right away? Currently a VP at a $2M annual digital agency and switching jobs to be manager level in a big brand. I'm pretty good at my job. I have to say that because what I'm asking could be skewed if I wasn't, but logically I know I am. Does anyone else have an intense fear of getting fired? I started my career at a toxic agency, and in my personal life I've watched so many of my friends struggle for months (sometimes years) to find a job.
