Kate spade dish sets - not China but still pretty pricey. We use them daily and they are so pretty!

Honestly anything you wouldn’t splurge on yourself you should put on your registry — From Kitchenaid standing mixer (get stainless steel attachments vs the enamel ones if you can) and nice espresso machine, to crystal candlesticks and vases you’ll have for life. Nice sheet sets, pillows, duvet, and other bedding (think about how much time we spend in our beds!) are also worth adding. I agree with the items the other commenters listed too!
Not from my registry, but I was gifted a large set of Penzeys herbs/spices. Very high quality, and got introduced to some great blends I wouldn’t have tried myself. It was one of the most thoughtful/useful items I got.
