Using a PM tool like Wrike (check out their proofing feature as well) is helpful. Short daily check-ins with core team helps, too.

An excellent SPM reporting into me, Apple notes, and my calendar. Honestly when I try to use too much beyond what I’m already doing at work (pulling together a manual but wildly popular end to end delivery Plan for 7 different products and their associated elements) I’d go crazy. But that’s just how I work, i also write anything crucial down

I do use tech, but my favorite is an ol skool white board and a wall calendar. 6 accounts, 3 concurrent productions along with BAU projects. Being able to just look at the wall and see the general to dos in one place keeps me sane.

I was offered a partnership at a small firm I used to work at before my current also small firm. We had come to terms and I expected to inform my current firm. To my surprise, my current firm made me a significant offer to stay. Not a partnership, but making more money and better benefits. I’m torn because the other firm is under the impression I’m coming in as a partner. But I can’t turn away from the significant offer I have from my current firm, where I enjoy working. Any advice/thoughts?

I’ve been in the industry for 23+ years, 16+ of those spent as a Producing Branch Manager. I hold S7, S63, S66, S24 and I’ve completed the education for the CFP (need to pass the exam). I excel in relationship building and providing exceptional service. I’ve only been on the full-service side for the past 2 years and my book of managed money is about $10M, with another $10M+ being self-directed by clients. I’d love to find an RIA job, what type of role would be suggested?

Anyone looking for a freelance PM at an agency? Preferably in LA? I've been doing strategy brand side internationally (currently in Dublin) but moving back to LA soon. Thanks in advance!

I took a JR Pm role due to lack of agency experience but I find that the other PMs aren’t doing anything that I’m not & due to lack of leadership, resourcing & foresight I have had to step up and own rooms with no mentorship/guidance. I feel like I was duped and brought in on a jr role w/regular PM asks &no aupport. I was approached by another agency for an associate Pm position. Reaching out for any advice on questions to ask to truly assess resourcing, support and autonomy at a new place. Thx!

I mean I technically have 6 more months until I obtain the 3 years of experience. Thought?
