I heard this in an interview.
Success is being able to do exactly what you want to do, the way you want to do, when you want to do and with the people you want to do. Loosely translated it is the freedom to choose what you spend your time on

I have an invisible disability and I work full-time for a top global firm, fully supporting myself. So by my own standards for myself, I already am successful.

Pretty subjective but it’s probably a function of money, wlb, health, and relationships

I am a clinical research coordinator working in Austin, Texas. I have my Masters in Cell & Molecular Biology and have a year of laboratory research experience.

I’ve been in my position for 5 months now. I make $27 hourly which amounts to about $51,000 yearly. Am I being under paid? Are all coordinator positions hourly? As a laboratory researcher I was salary :(

How do I go about asking for a raise or should I explore other companies or medical schools that have clinical research?
