Genuine question for agency vets, please no trolling. I love what I do, I love working hard, learning, and taking risks. I’m a couple years into my career and picking up momentum and just want to ask a genuine question to people who have true experience in career/life, do you feel fulfilled? Maybe more specifically for creatives, but after years in the biz have you gained a sense of fulfillment/achievement? I’m working really hard towards a fulfillment I hope to have, and it seems far away.

Can we talk about cover letters for creatives? Most agencies in the US seem to ask for them, some even going as far as asking for “nontraditional” cover letters, whatever that means. What are we meant to put in these? In the country I started in, agencies never ask for these so I don’t really know what they’re looking for. Also, what are your thoughts on attaching it as a separate doc vs just using it as the body of your email?
