Anyone try the Sweat app by Kayla Itsines? Just downloaded it to try the BBG program after hearing so much about it, but wondering if the price is worth it? I’m at an average fitness level, used to workout 3-4x a week at the gym doing cardio/weight lifting. But with quarantine, I stopped running and gained 10 lbs :/
