What's your office promotion day venue?

Anyone taken the pay day to switch between competitors (ACN, Deloitte, PwC, etc.)? If so, what kind of raise / bonus did you get? I'm a new consultant making ~$95k. Also interested in MBB figures.

What's you experience for raise % from associate to senior?

My roommate and some friends work at a software company and this week every person in the company got a 20% raise. Did I mention they also get $1000 toward rent each month? 🙄
