I’m a Sr Business Architect that is more like a Solutions architect. But I made the terrible mistake of undervaluing myself almost 10 years ago. Now Micron has a policy on how much raise you can receive and I am severely underpaid compared to others in the same role.. like 25-30k underpaid. Make sure you’re initially hiring deal is fair…
Good luck! Hope you find a role with the compensation you deserve.

Tech VP and CTO, Fortune 25, 600k TC LCOL. Very high expectations especially balancing P&L but pretty much chill job. Quite happy where I am.
i feel like im overpaid tbh but so are the rest of my peers 😂
That's a good problem to have 😂
For the first time in my life yes. More than fair. Project Manager.

Eh, I'm underpaid but underworked. I do make a lot of work up for myself because I feel like it, it's basically like the inverse of college... Someone is paying me $70k to learn
Division CTO. ~20 YOE. And yes, I'm paid well.
TC ~ $310k ($220k base, $44k RSU, $44k+ bonus). I'm in an MCOL area too - Denver.
Software engineer 2 with 2 years in the field making 92 base. It’s good money but I’ve heard other with my title make a bit more.
SWE 113K <1 YOE. It’s a bit under market rate, but I’m going to try to ask for a raise soon. However for the amount of work we are expected to do, I think it’s pretty fairly compensated
I’m from the south bay area, I think its HCOL here but not as high as SF
I’m in healthcare but I’m about 35k if not more under market. Would not recommend lol
Consultant. I do a mix of software development, documentation, testing, QA/defects, etc. Great performer, one of the best on my team for sure. 55K initially, 59K after a year. I believe I’m at least 20K underpaid by market standards, especially considering the quality of my work.
150 base + bonus
