What’s your top 3 change management books from the last 5 years? (Trying to refresh and read up again!)

Looking for newer books on management consulting industry/concepts; other than the oft-mentioned, older Lords of Strategy (2010), The McKinsey Way (1999), or The Trusted Advisor (2001). Thank you!

Hi all. I’m a lawyer in a metro city in the mountain west region. I’m in the process of getting admitted to practice in the DMV metro area. I’m currently a senior associate at a boutique firm where I practice family law, criminal defense, breach of contract, and real estate litigation (not transactional). Might be niche but I want to short the Japanese economy in the long term. I’m seeing a few leveraged inverse ETFs for the Nikkei and yen, but not much more. Current analyst (1.5 YOE) here with a strong interest in DevOps and Project Management. I feel like I am slowly but surely getting pigeon-holed in L&D work. I don’t like it, but my leaders continue to tell me that all experience is good experience. Should I try to breakout and find a variety of experience this early in my career or should I try to make it to 3 years and re-evaluate then? Have you had a similar experience? What have you done?

Who is currently hiring entry-level OCM consultants? My close friend studied communications and organizational change, but found their way into logistics.
