Hi guys,
I am currently on notice period and my LWD is Sep 2, 2022. Today, I got an offer from state street mentioning my joining date as Sep 12, 2022 even though I already told HR that I would like to join from Sep 5 itself. How can I convince HR to prepone my joining date to Sep 5, 2022. I don't want to lose my one week salary guys. Pls suggest. State Street

I confirm I was there for a couple of months now, but can also say they have a very bad company culture. You're just a number to them and they don't value the human behind the employee. Avoid if mental health is important to you.
Best 401k match I’ve ever seen! Campus in Washington is pretty cool, I interviewed there out of college, but chickened out in moving from the Midwest to Washington.. still think what it would’ve been if I went!

Great benefits but terrible culture. Very cut throat and if you are not a “bro” you have no shot at promotions. They keep employees there because they say “you will never find benefits as good as ours.” RUN!
They have really great benefits. I've heard they have a great culture also.
I haven't heard anything back about them at all. What position are you playing for?
I don't know much about them, but based on Analyst 1's response, I wouldn't pass up an opportunity!
I might give it a go. My husband told me about it like a few days ago. Sounds interesting though.
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and wlb are great. She also said the benefits are good.
Why did she leave?
