Do you feel you get appropriate career counseling and support for personal growth and development ? What are your expectations? Year 7 partner, doing well, but feel like most of my advice is from peers and not senior partners. Really wish I had that but maybe that’s not the norm?

There have been several threads about how people deal with others in their lives who did not treat the pandemic with the same level of seriousness as they did. But what about the other side of the coin. I wore my mask when I was required to, but did not change much else. Dined in restaurants as soon as possible, air travel, etc. I no longer have patience for those who completely disrupted their lives instead of just taking basic, limited precautions. I will not deal with them.

Starting to think Big 4 hours may not be worth it. I can understand putting in the hours if you are getting tier 1 strategy consulting or IB money which sets you up for life. However, we earn less than our clients. Not sure it’s a smart decision anymore
