My PCP recommended therapy & SSRI medication, but I’m very weary of the medication route. At my agency a couple of years - majority of that during covid. Nice bosses who care about their staff, but the work we are making is so safe. Our ECD is constantly out voted by the C suite and the work we get through is diluted. I don’t present routes I don’t want to make, then the planners make us work on theirs as “a safe option” spoiler: it’s bought. Do I cut my losses and try go elsewhere - even if my book is the same? Or hang in there/ keep pushing and hope I’ll slip one through?

What are the benefits and drawbacks of working at an agency under one of the holding companies? I have only ever worked for boutique and independently owned agencies.

I interviewed for a role where I told them my expected salary range was $50-60k, and the recruiter told me the base salary was $60k. I just got to the offer stage, and they are offering me $60k, can I negotiate the salary for more since I know this is their base salary rate, even though the expected salary range I gave was below? Or would I seem ungrateful since they are technically meeting the high end of my desired salary range that I gave?
