Had an interview with CapGemini today..recruiter herself called and scheduled interview,i did not apply. Interviewer was so rude ,was interviewing me for totally irrelevant technology and when he got to know I am on NP,was asking why I didnot tell earlier. I mean wth..thats why your hr called and took all info including my LWD and you saying I hide that!! Pathetic

Mid 20s, 3.5 YOE-- been interviewing with roles and firms since October without luck (handful of making it to final interview round but no offer). And I've recently been dropping out of interviews just because I feel the burnout of having done 2-3 interviews a week since Thanksgiving.

Deloitte filed my GC in EB3 in 2019 I was Sr. con at that time. Recently got promoted to Manager, will Deloitte upgrade to EB2 and what’s the process? I had EB2 from previous employer before I joined Deloitte with priority date August 2015 which Deloitte was able to carry forward on their EB3 application.
