I was waiting for revised offer letter but yet no luck. I called HR and now she is saying its still in process and waiting for approval from Business head. People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.

How many years would it take for a Senior Consultant 2 - Level 42 to get promoter to Senior Consultant 3 and then from Senior Consultant 3 to Manager in EY GDS? I understand that performance and other factors count in but need to understand the general career progression timeline.
