When are we required to tell HR and our managers that we’re pregnant? I would like to wait as long as possible.

Hi all, i am currently expecting, told in the office about the same. Initially i felt support from my team but lately i have been facing some issues with senior managers. Mandatory wfo when there is no such corporate policy (if you are on leave you are required to cover it later), work pressure, unnecessary feedback, irritable tone, "personal suggestion" to take early maternity.
This has started to build up mental and physical stress now.

I’m lateraling, and so requested a report from our conflicts department for matters I’ve worked on. Our conflicts department is in a different office. What are the chances word has traveled to my office that I asked for the report? Is it a telltale sign that someone is leaving? I have not given notice yet.

Anyone in public mental health administration in a non-rvu outpatient child mental health setting? Took my first round of Clomid 50 mg this month and learned today that my progesterone levels are low and I likely I didn’t ovulate. I feel discouraged. Been ttc for 10 months now and I learned recently that Im not ovulating. I didnt think It would be hard getting pregnant as I had regular cycles before covid.
