I moved to treasuries in 401k (no cash allowed in my 401k) and cash in my IRA two weeks ago. No way am I jumping back in, makes no sense. Also, bear in mind, I’m 25 so me shifting my portfolio isn’t a massive undertaking as there isn’t a lot there

Same boat as C1. 401k is sadly tiny
Would be disastrous to reenter now lol. I moved to 75% cash when SPY was around 295, but I also got rid of a lot of stragglers I had that I would have sold anyway. I am now around 50% cash - picked up some NVDA and BA before the jumps and may consider selling NVDA again.

Liquidated 20% cash 3 weeks ago. Doh! Playing calls in the mean time.
Hold about 20% cash too. Keeping it that way for now, or might move it into fixed income
Been building cash war chest to slam Incase of another heavy drop
I’ve had about 33% cash the entire crash in mine. Luckily I’m up 20% ytd because of investments in DOCU, MAC, BRKB, and NKLA all towards their lows. At times I had almost all invested towards the lows as I planned to buy/hold but have sold off during the upswing. No plans to add more at these levels. But I would add more if some of these names fall again significantly especially tech.
Apart from the Covid risks, I see taxes coming up in the coming years to 1) correct the tax scam of 2017, and 2) lower the Covid deficit. I think this will become more prominent in coming months.
