I low balled myself in an initial HR conversation. Based on Glassdoor and my experience the salary for the role at this company is about $15k higher than what I asked for. When is the right time to negotiate the salary? I haven’t gotten the offer yet but they mentioned that it’s coming.

However I see this statement on my employee details: "You are not vested in your pension benefit as of 12/31/2019. Assuming continuous service, you may vest in your pension benefit on 01/27/2021, your earliest vesting date." what does it mean exactly? I also see there is 5k credited. Ladies do you ever just meet someone and are so compatible and you have discussed everything from finances to kids to other scenarios and how they would handle them?
