I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?

Just remember that people are way more likely to post a negative review of a company vs a positive review.
In my personal experience who your manager and executive are is very important because their personalities become the culture for your team. When you interview for a role you are also interviewing them and hopefully the team if you get that opportunity to see what the daily routine for the role is like and the WLB. Some companies have awful managers who run their teams like sweat shops while another manager lateral to them may be an absolute pleasure to work for.
Honestly, I don't give much stock to them. I feel like people always share the awful but don't always share the good.
