When did agencies decide it isn’t important to train or onboard people. Just joined an agency where there is no formal training or onboarding program. Just expected to figure things out and find the right people to tell me about things like how to connect to the server or general process. Don’t agencies realize that the onboarding process is part of the overall experience with an agency?
