Exhausted from all the linked lists I had to reverse this week.

So they recently upped the quota of linked lists we need to reverse this month to 56 (a 34% increase!) and I'm not sure my team can keep up the pace. We're working as fast as we can but pointing the nexts takes a lot of focus, and we're just worried the higher ups are sacrificing the quality of these linked lists for quantity.

What should I do???

Hello all, I got an offer from a well funded startup by a serial Entrepreneur. There isn’t any information on this startup for how much RSUs I should be getting but it seems really low for my experience ($100,000 over 5y, and 6 total YOE). Any general advice or rule of thumbs I should know?
