Standard practice is to share all this after July 1st and before July 15th. I think usually closer to the second half of that window.
It’s usually pretty tight lipped until July 1st so everyone finds out around the same time. However, in my experience people being promoted usually know before they are officially told
CohnReznick 1, yes we get letters with the new salary and the effective date.
The bigger office send letters (I presune) and the smaller offices share comp in person.
I’m in a big office and I’ve seen both letters and in person, it may just depend on the year and what’s going on
Trying to find out same thing. Don't we normally get calls regarding increases (which should also include promotion) in June? I don't feel like they have any protocol around when they let us know.
We get increase letters in July!
